Greetings:

We are proud of our rich tradition of providing excellence in service to the Niagara Falls Community.

In his inaugural speech, former South African President Nelson Mandela said, “We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”

The Niagara Falls Housing Authority is committed to excellence in service, to lifting others as we climb, to assisting our constituents to rise to their very best selves.

It is with this resolve that we provide safe, decent, affordable housing and program initiatives that enhance the quality of lives.

Now more than ever, our nation must be strong and united. The sources of that strength and unity include family, faith, community and a place called home. Home helps define and sustain communities, forming the fabric of our neighborhoods and the relationships that bind us. We recognize that our fates are inextricably intertwined and all of our innovative constituent programs promote improved interrelations and social justice.

We commit our resources and energies to addressing housing, health, education, recreation and cultural enrichments. From these programs, we hope to produce the next generation of leaders.
