Harry S. Jordan Gardens

To properly address the needs of larger families, the Niagara Falls Housing Authority embarked upon the construction of 100 units in the Highland Avenue area in 1961. Harry S. Jordan Gardens first became occupied in February 1962. The 100 units in this development consist of 8, one-bedroom, 52, three-bedroom, 34, four-bedroom and 6, five-bedroom units.

Anthony Spallino Towers

Envisioning the growing need for safe, affordable housing for the elderly, the Niagara Falls Housing Authority began construction of a 15-story high-rise located at 720 10th Street, which was completed in 1970. Anthony Spallino Towers offers 196 housing units for senior citizens, the physically challenged and disabled residents in our community. There are 140, efficiency and 56, one-bedroom units. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2005 on Spallino Tower Suites. Construction of the Spallino Towers Suites began in fall 2005.

Henry E. Wrobel Towers

The increase in the “aging” of the Niagara Falls population prompted the Niagara Falls Housing Authority to address the need for additional housing for the elderly. In June 1974, the first occupants of what is now known as the Henry E. Wrobel Towers moved in. This 13-story high-rise consists of 250, one-bedroom units.

Packard Court

Located at 4300 Pine Avenue, the Packard Court Community was completed in 1943. There are 166 units in this community consisting of 14, one-bedroom, 106, two-bedrooms and 46, three-bedroom units. Providing safe and affordable housing for very low to low income families, the Niagara Falls Housing Authority continues to meet the needs of our growing community.

Center Court

Located in the north end of the City, Center Court family development was completed in October 1943 and can house 134 families. Center Court consists of 10, one-bedroom, 94,
two-bedroom, and 30, three-bedroom units. In accordance with our mission, the Niagara Falls Housing Authority continues to address the needs of providing safe, decent and affordable housing for its residents.
